1.INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Voash (the "Platform"), a SAS (Software as a Service) platform designed for freelancers and creative professionals. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through www.voash.com.

Please read these Terms carefully before you start using the Platform. By using the Platform, registering an account, or clicking to accept these Terms, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2.DEFINITIONS

In these Terms:

3.ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT CREATION

3.1Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

3.2Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an Account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.

3.3One Account Per User

Each user may maintain only one Account. Accounts are non-transferable.

3.4Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for restricting access to your Account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
